Disaster Restoration Process
What's the restoration process after a water damage disaster strikes?
- Extract any existing standing water. Our industry leading equipment allows us to handle any amounts of standing water following any water damage situation. Removing the water allows us to move into the drying process and further sort out materials and contents.
- Determine restorability. The next step is to evaluate if the contents that were affected and the structure as a whole can be decontaminated and restored or should be removed and replaced.
- Remove selective materials. After a game plan is drawn up we will remove unsalvageable materials. We will also open up assemblies like floors, walks, and ceilings to access pockets of saturation and perform necessary drying services.
- Clean salvageable materials. After extracting the water and determining restorability, we will then work to clean all salvageable contents. This can be any contents that were involved with the water damage and we then work hard to decontaminate and restore the materials to pre loss condition.
