Residential Water Restoration and Reconstruction

This home in the Bellaire, Kalkaska, Lake City & Grayling franchise territory suffered a broken pipe due to the cold temperatures, on an upper level of the home causing water to run for a little over a month before it was discovered. The water had saturated all three levels of the home. The before picture is once we took out all saturated and unsalvageable materials in order to dry the structure. We performed the mitigation and the full Reconstruction for the homeowner which made the entire restoration process for the customer and the insurance company run as smoothly as possible. The final picture is of the kitchen once the total restoration and reconstruction project was complete.
