Frozen Pipe Bursts

Frozen pipes due to negative temperatures burst which caused extensive
water damage that sat for two weeks in approximately 50% of a 5,000
square foot estate. SERVPRO® performed full mitigation services that included demo, dry-out, mold remediation, contents pack out, and cleaning. Our highly trained technicians will begin the water removal process almost immediately in the case of water or flood damage. Depending on the amount of water, we may use powerful submersible pumps in addition to industrial strength, wet/dry vacuums. Removing most of the water helps reduce drying time and helps prevent secondary water damage and mold and bacterial growth. Following the mitigation services, reconstruction and remodeling were managed which also included upgrades to the home throughout.
